Needing to be in the Ocean Shores area back in March of 2013, I booked a room at Quinault Beach. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! The hotel is screwed from the check-in, housekeepers, hospitality, restaurant and food, and the worst is security. Then to make things worse! I WAS WAITING IN THE LOBBY INTH HOTEL FOR MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDAUGHTER WHEN THREE SECURUTY GUARDS SURROUNDED ME ACUSING ME OF STEALING A $60.00 ticket from a machine! I TOLD THEM NO, I CASHED OUT MY OWN TICKET, they reviewed the video and the head of gaming commission stated, its not her! how embarrassing! THEY HUMILATED ME AND SHOOK ME UP they did this right in the lobby. The next day the maids did a half sloppy job on our rooms, I ACCENDENTLY SPILLED MY POP THE brd and they did not give us a change of sheets. The employees are not happy and it shows.
The hostess was snotty and started argueing with my daughter, I TOLD HER TO KNOCK IT OFF. We waited one hour for dinner at emilys there was 11 of us. Then when we got to the room it smelled bad from burn't popcorn.
